The staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was surprisingly good. The hotel itself feels very old-fashioned and urgently needs updating. WiFi was a joke, it only worked at reception. The street was extremely noisy, and the view towards the electricity farm wasn't very nice. We didn't use the pool, so I can't comment on it.

The people were lovely, and so were the kitchen and ocean view. There's a lot of potential here, but the design needs someone with a good eye to make the place feel warmer and cozier. The bathrooms, especially the showers, are in poor shape. The silicone sealing looked really badly done and had mold. A talented team could probably fix these things in a day or two. The lovely staff did make the place feel better.

The staff were really friendly and the view was nice, but the rooms deserve two stars at most. Breakfast was basic, though okay. Keep in mind there are almost no restaurants within 10 km, apart from a few Creole snack bars and takeaway pizza places.

Breakfast and dinner were tasty, but the hotel feels shabby and doesn't offer much comfort.
