The family running the hotel gave great service. Our room was good, with a proper shower in the bathroom. There’s a garden where you can unwind, and the location is in a quiet area, just a few steps from the village centre and close to the beach.

We’re looking forward to staying here again. My family had a wonderful time at Hotel Mirage, with friendly, accommodating staff and family, a delightful garden, and delicious breakfasts.

You can walk easily to both the beach and town from this perfectly located hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there’s shaded parking, which is a big plus in peak season. We enjoyed relaxing with a drink on the grassy outdoor patio. It was calm enough to sleep with the windows open and enjoy the fresh ocean air. Highly recommend!

The couple who run the hotel are lovely and welcoming. It’s simple, no-frills accommodation in a handy spot, a five-minute walk from both the beach and town. My room was small, clean, simple, and quiet. I appreciated the window screen, which let air in and kept insects out, a rarity in France. There’s a small garden that’s great for breakfast or finding shade in a town with few shaded public spaces. The bread, butter, jam, and ristretto were all just what I wanted.

I’ve enjoyed staying at this hotel for many years. The rooms are very clean, the staff are friendly, and the plentiful breakfast tastes great. I’d give it a gold medal. It has everything you need to explore the Camargue and the region, or just enjoy the beach. A very good choice for a holiday in Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer.
