The hotel's main advantage is its location in the heart of the Camargue, along a road where you can spot horses and bulls from a car. It's not an easy area to explore on foot. The rooms are small and quite humid, while the simple pool area has little character. The hotel doesn't live up to its 4-star rating, and the value for money is low. Breakfast was especially disappointing: €18 per person is far too much for the quality. The gluten-free choice was poor packaged food, and the regular selection wasn't good either. One morning, after being told scrambled eggs would take 5 minutes, I waited almost half an hour.

Right in the heart of the Camargue, this peaceful spot made a great base for relaxing and exploring the region. My room was clean, well-designed and surrounded by nature, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Zero stars if I could. I booked three nights because we love the area and have visited several times, and we were travelling with our 3 month old baby. The hotel looked pleasant on its website, but the photos didn't match what we found. Room #28 was disgusting: dead insects on the floor, mould and mildew in the bathroom, and windows that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. The buildings were generally untidy and in disrepair. In my opinion, this hotel is nowhere near its 4-star category, at most 2 stars. Potential guests, beware. Bring bucket loads of mosquito repellent, because this place literally SUCKS. When I contacted reception to explain our complaints and ask to cancel and refund the 2 unused nights, they refused. Now I have an 800 euro credit note for somewhere I have absolutely no desire to return to. An awful hotel experience and lousy customer service.

My yorkie had the time of her life, and it was pet friendly too. We had one of our most relaxing stays in a long time, with a cosy, calm atmosphere, great facilities and a lovely setting. The staff were so friendly. We enjoyed delicious paella and live music one evening, and the suggestion to go horse riding in the wild was simply magical. The nearest town is close, and waking up to the little stream and horses walking in front was amazing. We'll definitely be back.

Such a peaceful, pleasant place, with lovely helpful staff. The rooms are spacious, bright and nicely decorated. There are several horses, and you can watch horse shows for free.
