Mas de la Fouque Hôtel & Spa

We had a lovely spa day with the massage and lunch package. The location is excellent, the staff are friendly, and the massage uses Nuxe products. We loved it!

What made our week-long stay at Mas de la Fouque so special was the warm, helpful staff, the beautiful surroundings and the amazing Provençal food and wine. They arranged a lovely wine tasting tour at nearby vineyards and gave us spot-on restaurant and activity tips. We spent the days by the pool, then relaxed with rosé on the terrace before dinner at the on-site restaurant. Thank you Elo and Nick! My wife and I had a wonderful romantic escape from our busy lives. This country retreat in the heart of Provence, France, is full of charm. The beautifully restored 18th-century farmhouse sits among lush gardens, olive groves and lavender fields, with breathtaking Alpilles views in the distance. We loved walking around the grounds each morning before a delicious French breakfast. Our spacious country-chic room had a canopy bed, exposed wood beams and French doors to a private terrace overlooking the gardens. The bathroom had a clawfoot tub and high-end toiletries, and we slept soundly in the comfortable linens. From the friendly staff to the charming accommodation, gorgeous scenery and incredible food, everything exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to return someday soon!

The rooms felt only medium quality for the price, and they didn't smell fresh enough. Breakfast was very poor, just small croissants and yogurts. They didn't even offer a basic selection of cheese and ham.

We only booked one night while travelling from Cote d'Azur towards Bordeaux, and I wish we'd planned to stay longer. Our room was quiet and comfortable, and we slept so well. It had a beautiful view of the pond, horses, birds and one of the most beautiful sundowns we've ever seen. The room's chef's platter was fantastic. Since we knew from the website and confirmation email that the restaurant would be closed that night, we had it with a good bottle of wine on our patio and enjoyed the surrounding nature. The staff were wonderful and friendly, with a special hello to permanent resident Marius, the adorably entertaining parrot. Mas de la Fouque has an excellent location, facilities, staff and food. We loved every minute, and we'll definitely return for several days. I wish we'd had more time to enjoy this stunning region and the spa. Love, love, love it. I can't wait to come back for a longer stay!
