Mas Des Salicornes

The welcome is what makes me want to keep coming back. People are warm and generous, and I seem to make new friends every time. This was my second visit, and somehow it was even better than the first, which was already excellent. Everything the village offers and the beach are within walking distance. There’s a spotlessly clean pool, plenty of outdoor space to relax, and pleasant, practical rooms, each with its own little terrace. Come hungry for breakfast: it’s varied, and their pastry chef makes fantastic homemade cakes every day. Miam!

I had such a relaxing stay at this charming, peaceful hotel. The gardens are lovely, and it’s about a 10-minute walk to the town centre of Saintes Marie de la Mer. There’s parking on site, and everyone at the hotel is lovely. Breakfast was tasty and had plenty of variety. I recommend staying here. Thank you for a relaxing break at your fabulous hotel.

We’ve returned every year for almost 10 years, which says a lot about how much we love this little slice of paradise. Josephine and the whole team are always welcoming and attentive, with a smile. Thanks to all the staff.

We planned to stay one night at Mas des Salicornes, but liked it enough to add another, and then one more. That gave us the chance to try three rooms, both standard and superior, and every one was spotless, tastefully decorated, and just right, from the smallest to the most spacious. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, and breakfast on the poolside terrace was delicious. The place is idyllic and an easy walk from the center of Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer. I think it’s hard to beat. We’ll be back 😉 Thanks for everything!
