The owner was friendly, attentive, respectful, and helpful. We stayed with my family for a week in Salle d'aude. Our newly built apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped, with a roomy bathroom, free internet, a fridge, microwave, and cooker. There's also free parking opposite that anyone can use. Highly recommended.

The apartment wasn't properly insulated, and we could hear traffic in the morning. I arrived in November to a freezing place, then was charged extra for electricity. Guests' arrivals were filmed without any warning, and they wanted 25 euros for the dog's overnight stay. I also paid more on-site than the Gîtes de France rate. A complete disaster, and a truly awful landlord and businessperson.
