For an overnight, this is a decent budget hotel. There’s a sink in the room, toilets and showers down the hall, and a coffee vending machine at reception. The self check-in kiosk was broken, unfortunately. This seems to happen whenever we stay here, and we had to work out ourselves that we needed to go over to the Ibis to get the room information. Apart from that, it was a fine overnight stay.

I slept well, and even the basic room was very clean.

The bathrooms were dirty, and the room had no air conditioning, which hadn't been made clear. The reception staff did try to be pleasant, but that didn't make up for the unpleasant surprise. The reversible air conditioning no longer works in any of the rooms, so summer sounds unbearably hot and winter freezing. It was barely tolerable in winter, or really autumn. I strongly advise against staying here. The Ibis across the street has the same owner, so I assume its hygiene and upkeep are similar. I'd give both a miss.
