The owner was friendly and discreet, and the studio was pleasant overall. We stayed in this old building for a few days while passing through Salon. It was very quiet despite being right in the heart of the city. Behind the gate, there’s a green outdoor space with little garden areas and large trees that give welcome shade to the terraces. The pool is fantastic, and this place is just perfect for relaxing. Everything was ideal, with shops and amenities right next door. The owner is charming and helpful. We have only good things to say.

I’d given a very good review after my last stay and said I would return. I was supposed to be back tomorrow, but was really disappointed to find out renovations would be happening during our stay. The owner should have closed the place while the work was going on, or at least told us when we booked. She did offer compensation, but I had mainly been looking forward to staying there. I still recommend the establishment despite this. One small downside: the full breakfast isn’t available every day, even though it’s absolutely delicious.

We stayed for a month in this typical Provençal farmhouse and quickly felt at home. It’s wonderfully peaceful, and just a few meters away you can enjoy the Salon countryside, with its pastoral traditions still alive. The gîte is well placed for its amenities and for walks in the countryside or into the town center. A lovely place to keep in mind for a Provence trip or a work stay, and a chance to meet Aline, the owner, who is lovely.
