We were charged 67 euros for our room, while our friends paid 46 euros and another group was quoted 86 euros for the same type of room. We had no extras or different conditions, so the prices seemed arbitrary and unfair. Check the rate carefully before booking or paying. Service was also a problem. Reception shuts at 8 PM sharp, and after that you can't get anything, not even water. A sliding door blocks access to the shared space, which makes evenings awkward if you're with a group or hoping to socialize. The stay wasn't what we expected, and I wouldn't recommend the hotel without major improvements to pricing transparency and guest service.

The location was handy, with easy access to the highway. Our room was basic but very clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was nice, apart from the scrambled eggs, which were raw and undercooked. We also weren't keen on the paper cups, and there was no hand or body lotion in the bathroom.

Our friends paid 46€ for one night, while we were charged 68€ for the same length of stay. They seem to bargain over room prices. They also add things to your room tab and won't let you see what's on it. The staff were totally unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend sleeping here. Drive another 10 minutes to Marmande and find a hotel there.

It got really hot while we were camping, so we started here instead. The staff were wonderful, the pool was beautiful, and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed every minute.

I was in and out within an hour. As soon as I arrived, the desk staff started laying down the law, and I wasn't going to put up with that officious attitude. I guess I should have realized this is where Didier Lallement spends his vacations.
