The spa was a mess: just one overcrowded sauna, a cold jacuzzi, an unheated pool, and you had to pay extra for basics like towels and robes. WiFi was unreliable, staff were difficult to reach and didn't seem interested in fixing problems, and the receptionist Mateo was rude and useless. Our luggage got damaged at checkout too. There are plenty of better places nearby, so save your money and patience. For €600 a night, our room was cold, poorly cleaned, short on supplies, and had broken heating. There was no housekeeping, and we were expected to strip the beds before checkout. Check-in was late and there were extra charges everywhere. Nothing matched the photos or description. This is an expensive scam dressed up as a hotel. It doesn't deserve a single star, and you'd be better off getting an Airbnb. Avoid it if you value your time, money, and sanity.

It was okay, though not great. The staff were friendly and professional, and the spa was a nice bonus. Location was fine, but we hired a locker at Ski Set by the lift to cut down on walking. WiFi was useless and the boot lockers weren't heated, so we used Ski Set's locker instead. They only provide a few basics, like dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls, and bin liners. I'd rather they charged €10 more and supplied enough. One room stayed cold despite our efforts to warm it up. Room sizes were okay, but don't take “sleeps 8” too literally, it's usually more like “sleeps 6”: n-2 is the rule. Bring your own toilet rolls.

Our kids loved staying here, and I'd highly recommend it. The apartments are modern, woodsy, and roomy enough for a family. There's underground parking with handy lifts, plus ski rooms with individual lockers and boot warmers. The pool was great. The gym's a little small but workable, though the treadmill had a few scary moments.

The spa and pool were okay and clean enough, and the reception staff were extremely kind. The residence itself, though, was disgusting. Our apartment was old and filthy, with dust everywhere, including inside the cupboards, and floors that looked like they hadn't been washed in years. We stayed a week and were given just 1 towel for the whole stay. You had to pay extra to get another, and pool towels cost extra too. There was only 1 toilet paper roll for a week for 4 adults and 3 children, and they said we had to pay for more. The place was freezing when we arrived. The children were cold day and night, and it took 2 days before the rooms started to feel warm. We paid a huge amount for the week and didn't expect the residence to be in that state. Very poor. Don't book here unless you want to be disappointed.
