The beds were great, in my opinion, and the gondola is just a five minute walk away. It's a basic apartment at a good price, though the buildings and facilities are worth understanding before you book. There are two buildings: Le giffre, nearest the road, is meant for large groups of 10+ and has the WiFi router. Le clesson has apartments for groups of 3-6, but the WiFi signal from the first building is so weak that most apartments there won't get usable internet. Bring a data SIM if you stay there. The owner should add a repeater. The office is elsewhere, about a 10 minute walk across the field, and that's also where the pool and spa are. They're not in the two-building complex, but guests can use them for free. The apartments are dated but clean, and the main entrance uses an access code. Each apartment has its own door, made of simple flexboard, so you can hear everything on the floor. The kitchen is fully equipped, but bring shampoo, soap, and dishwasher detergent. There's a supermarket a five minute drive away, Carrefour, with laundry machines in its parking lot. Some things need minor fixes, like paint, a broken bath tile, or a small leak at the toilet pipe, but in general things work, including the hot water and dishwasher. To shower, you'll have to stand in the bath, which has no curtain. Bring a pole and curtain unless you want to sweep water off the floor. The windows have thin white curtains, so morning sun comes through easily. Bring an eye mask if you sleep late.
