The toilet block was clean, but there weren’t any toilet seats. The pitches felt small and cramped, and the pool looked worn and was crowded. It seems past its best and doesn’t feel like a four-star place. I left thinking they don’t need to make much effort because Vallon is always busy.

We arrived with a confirmed booking and found they’d given our place to other customers. On top of that, 2.5 months later, after several attempts to contact them, they still hadn’t returned our money. We got nothing for what we paid and were left with a lot of hassle. Stay away.

We had such a good time, with fun things to do every day. The food was really good quality too, and they even had some Thai specialties. A great place to go with family, friends, or your girlfriend.

The setting by the river is beautiful, and the evening activities were fun. The concept sounds cool, but it felt a bit sketchy once we were there. Check the fine print, then check it again, because the price they advertise isn’t what you end up paying.
