Campanile Orleans Saran

We held some important events in the conference room, and the whole team was really helpful. The rooms are modern and very clean, and I haven't found better value for money. The parking lot was appreciated too. I'd recommend the hotel for travel, business, or hosting events.

It's conveniently located for a motorway stop, but we cancelled our booking for the return journey and wouldn't stay here again. The hotel is very worn: the door is hard to close, the sink is cracked, the bin is broken, and the carpet is heavily stained. The child's bed is a terrible chipboard setup with raw edges, and there are three sockets and a kettle right above where little fingers can easily reach. The biggest problem was how filthy the room was, with dirt left in every corner and along every edge and surface. It badly needs a deep clean and a major overhaul.

We found ants and other insects in the room. The bathroom wasn't as clean as we'd expect, and the bed felt very worn, like it should have been replaced years ago. The air conditioning couldn't keep the room below 25°C. We're still wondering why the website called it a "Nouvelle chambre"!

Breakfast was perfect. The beds were on the hard side, but it was only one night and we were very tired, so it was okay.
