Egg Hotel Sarcelles

I paid €65 a night for a room that smelled like a public restroom. My daughter saw the shower and said it looked like one on an airplane, and honestly, the whole setup felt like a cell. The sink was beside the bed, the beds had metal frames, and there was a single bunk above the double bed with a metal ladder. Worst hotel room I've ever seen.

The room and shower were clean, and the bedding was good quality. There's a large shopping centre about five minutes away on foot, and Sarcelles centre is around ten minutes away, though I wouldn't bother with it. It's a budget hotel, so keep your expectations in check, especially in Paris.

After traveling from the airport late at night, exhausted, my parents were told their booked room couldn't be given to them because every room was occupied. They wouldn't even let them use the lobby restroom to freshen up before heading back out. In the end, my parents had to spend the night at the airport. What a mess.

I booked two nights here for my family, but the place was dirty and in really bad shape. The shower was so filthy you couldn't even take the showerhead off, and the sheets were dirty and smelly too. I couldn't stay, so I had to book another hotel. Please don't go there.
