Beds weren't comfortable, and the bathroom door didn't have a lock. The hotel itself is basic, but it does the job; service was fine and everything else was okay. Outside, though, the area looked filthy. From my window I could see over 100 pieces of trash and broken glass on a lawn. Sarcelles desperately needs a cleanup.

I couldn't sleep that night because the room smelled of weed and cigarettes. After just one night, I had skin irritation, and the bed was really dirty; the toilet smelled too. The owner was very rude. I don't recommend this place at all.

The rooms are small but clean, and it's very close to the train station. The staff were welcoming, too.

The location works well as a base: it's connected to a shopping centre, there's a pharmacy around the corner, and a tram stop right outside goes to RER Station Garges Sarcelles. From there, you can reach central Paris, or change at Gare Nord for CDG airport. Our room had a hairdryer and shower gel, and was cleaned every day. We stayed here for our honeymoon, but the area is very residential, with no real places for an evening stroll beyond the many kebab shops. It could also get noisy, there was no tea or coffee in the room, and BBC World News was the only English language TV channel.

The receptionists were rude and didn't know how to speak to customers. This was my first and last stay here. The room was so dirty and disappointing that I'd take a one star hotel over this three star one. There was dirty hair all over the bathroom, no shower gel, and the mirrors were so bad you couldn't see yourself in them. 👎👎
