The property and rooms were great, with comfortable beds and excellent bedding. We spent five nights that felt like one day. Manuel was the one thing that could ruin it for you, but in the best way: the private dinners were exclusive, the wine was great, and we didn't even look for anywhere else to eat. The food was perfect, and the whole idea was amazing. Let them know about any dietary restrictions, then expect a surprise dinner planned by the chef. We'll be back.

The beautifully renovated property had spacious, well-furnished rooms, and Manuel, the chef and owner, gave us a warm welcome and showed us around. We only stayed one night on our way to SW France, but would gladly have stayed longer. It's in a pretty, quiet village, just five minutes from the A9 sortie 27. Manuel cooked an excellent meal for us in the courtyard, which made us feel special. Breakfast was just right. It reminded me of our stay at hotel 101 in Kanazawa, where the owner was a chef too. Then it was back to the A9 and the traffic jams 😵💫. Thanks again, Manuel!

The rooms are lovely, but what makes this place special is the food and the personal welcome. The owner is a fantastic chef, probably the best within at least a 50 km radius. We're vegetarian, and he made wonderful dishes for both of our dinners. You might not expect to find a place this nice in the middle of nowhere, sorry, Saturargues, but it's a great spot for a couple of days.

After a hot, difficult drive, we were met with a warm welcome and a beautiful interior. Dinner for just the two of us felt like a friend had cooked for us. It was such a lovely experience that I'd come back in an instant.

The dinner was terrible and far too expensive. We couldn't eat any of it, and the owner saw that but didn't take it into account. Our room also had no door separating it from the bathroom. We wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
