Mas Pigné

The location was good, and the host greeted us warmly, but the stay felt unprepared. I had booked the terrace apartment for €120 and was given a standard room that was listed at €80, which left a bad feeling given the service. I’d ordered two breakfasts 15 days ahead, but the host had forgotten; she suggested I go elsewhere for breakfast if that was okay with me. The room seemed to have been cleaned in a hurry, with cobwebs left behind. The curtains were only partly on the rod, so I had to prop them up with a hair clip. The bedding was mediocre, there was a mold or damp mark on the ceiling, and the sound insulation was poor. There also wasn’t a hairdryer, despite it being advertised. It’s a shame the service didn’t match the good location.

Breakfast was excellent, and we were made to feel very welcome. The residence is beautiful, with a spacious room, and it’s a peaceful spot at the entrance to the charming village of Sauve. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We had a peaceful, restful stay in a very clean, large room. The owner gave us a lovely welcome, and breakfast was served in the garden. The organic grape juice was especially good, along with the other quality products.

Our room was spacious, and the kitchen and bathroom were both really pleasant. The host was extremely friendly, and the setting was superb. I’d happily recommend it.
