The owners made sure we had everything we needed, and there was no question left unanswered. The apartment is beautifully designed, with quality interiors all in great condition. It’s also one of the best-located places to stay in Saverne. We had a fantastic time and would happily come back.

We were glad to support local tourism, but this stay left us with a bad experience. The kitchen and bathroom were unusable, and the service didn’t match the rental price. The owner offered no solution, acted in bad faith, and we received no compensation. We can’t recommend this apartment.

The hot water was one of several hidden problems in an otherwise decent apartment. I contacted the owner, but they couldn’t fix it. Renting a place and then not taking responsibility for even a small issue is ridiculous. It was a deplorable experience.
