KYRIAD Sedan

We only stayed one night, but would happily return. The friendly lady welcomed us, and the room was clean, well equipped, with a comfortable bed and a warm shower. Dinner and breakfast were both good, with fresh food and a nice selection. The same lady looked after us, and the staff were friendly. Free parking right outside our room made it feel like a motel. We recommend it.

The lady at reception also served our dinner, and she was a star. We loved the clean, welcoming room and being able to park right outside it. It felt like a lovely motel. Dinner and breakfast were both great.

The bed was very comfortable, but the bathroom had black mold, and the air conditioning wasn’t working during a very hot visit. Breakfast was very average and didn’t justify the price. I’d probably have rated the place three stars if it cost less, but at this price I expected more. The broken air conditioning was especially disappointing since it was one of the reasons I chose this hotel.

The room was reasonable, though a bit tired, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. They offered to let us cancel without charge when they told us the restaurant was closed, but after a day riding our motorbikes, we didn’t want to spend time finding somewhere else. We had booked half board through the corporate website more than a week ahead for Friday. At nearly 1 pm on arrival day, the hotel emailed to say the restaurant was closed, as it only opens Monday to Thursday. That left too little time to switch hotels, and the hotel is far from restaurants, shops, or much else, so we had to order food or drive into town. I wouldn’t have booked had half board not been offered. The exterior was tatty too. We had a back room, and the stairway and balcony were in a disgraceful state.
