Carwyns Surf House

The longer you stay, the more you'll cry when it's time to leave! Carwyn and Jane are legends, and I'll always come back to see them. Carwyns has incredible facilities and such a chilled, funky, home-style surf house vibe. I'd recommend it whether you're travelling solo, as a couple, or with a bunch of mates.

I spent a week at Carwyns and came away feeling like a new dog. It felt like a slice of heaven and a second home, more like visiting a friend than staying at a hotel. Carwyn was the most welcoming, fun human I've ever met. He took me on barefoot walks in the forest in the morning and kindly drove me to beautiful beaches in the afternoon. My dad made incredible progress as a first-time surfer, and after the beach I could put my paws up by the pool. I met so many new friends from all over the world: super Mario, the Swiss family Robinson, and some cool people from Wales. They introduced me to my new favourite drink, Welsh tea. I heard I missed meeting a wonderful dog named Taffy. Ten out of ten bones. Highly recommend it for you and your humans. Woof. Bailey, the Well-behaved Labrador

The atmosphere was awesome, and I had some great moments in your beautiful house. Best hostel I've ever stayed in. Thanks so much, Carwyns! It's even better if you have your own car. I definitely recommend it.

We planned to stay one night at Carwyn's house, but ended up staying five 😊😆. Carwyn and Jane made us feel at home, and the chilled vibe and lovely company made the house feel really unique. We brought our two dogs, and they were welcome too. By the end Ushaak didn't want to leave 😁. There’s great surfing just a few minutes away by car, forest walks right by the house, a swimming pool in the garden, and great BBQs at night. The list goes on. We travel a lot, and this was one of our best stays so far. If you want a relaxing holiday and love a surf atmosphere, this is the place to stay. Cannot recommend it enough.
