Unisotel Sens Nord

We ended up staying four days because of car trouble, and the rooms were clean. What stood out was how welcoming the staff were and the sense of solidarity at the Hotel. It seems to be a refuge for some regular visitors, as well as workers staying for the week. It's more than just a cheap place to sleep.

This was by far the worst F1 hotel we've ever slept in. I'd recommend finding somewhere else if you can. Definitely don't stay here with children, there was a lot of "strange" activity going on.

We only had five hours to sleep, so I had no time to find another hotel, even though my daughter didn't want to stay here. The room was far too hot, and the sheets had holes. There was just one towel for the two of us. The room door wouldn't open properly, and both the shared bathroom and shower room were dirty. There was urine in the toilet and on the floor, and the toilet had no seat. It was a horrible night, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I want my money back. I can't believe this place is approved to accommodate guests, or that it's an Accor hotel.

I booked a room, then canceled just half an hour later, but they wouldn't refund me. Customer support said the notice was too late for a return, which makes no sense to me. Their policy and the way they treat clients are really disappointing. I strongly don't recommend this hotel.
