Free parking nearby meant we could leave the car and explore Serres on foot, then use it for trips farther out. I stayed with a friend while we visited someone we both know in town. The guesthouse had everything we needed, and both rooms were cozy, beautifully furnished and had comfortable beds. Thanks for a lovely stay!
Serres is a friendly town with some very nice restaurants, and we’d definitely stay at this lovely B&B again. The rate was very good for this part of Europe, around 95 Euros for two, I believe. We were touring by motorcycle and parked our bikes in the hotel's locked garage in town. We had a key, so we could come and go whenever we liked. Bornia was delightful, probably the nicest person we met in France, and personally served us an excellent breakfast. Our top-floor room was clean and modern, with old books and art works adding a historical touch, and a great view over the town.
The lady of the house was friendly and a very good cook. Staying here felt a bit like wandering into an antique shop. It's one of the nicest Chambers d'Hôte I've ever visited, and a must for anyone visiting Serrer.
Our host was so kind, and breakfast was plentiful with lots of variety. This is the best B&B we've stayed in. We're already making plans to come back!
The bed linen was beautiful, and breakfast was fabulous. We had an amazing stay!
