Ki Space Hotel & Spa, près de Disneyland Paris

The bar service really made our evenings: Nicole and Nicholas were welcoming, attentive, and professional, and kept the atmosphere relaxed and fun. Owner Carl also surprised us by treating us to a round of drinks, a thoughtful personal gesture. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and stylish, and the location is ideal for visiting the parks. Ki Space Hotel near Disneyland surpassed what we expected. Highly recommended.

I came for a short visit for my niece’s 8th birthday, bringing my son and his cousins to Disneyland. The stay was too brief to enjoy all the amenities, so I’m planning to return both for a solo adults-only treat and another trip with my son. The staff, price, breakfast, room, robots, and aesthetics were all 10/10. Concierge Joaó was exceptional, and the staff were beyond courteous.

Nicole and Nicholas were fantastic behind the bar, bringing warm, upbeat energy and real professionalism to our evenings. They made every drink with care and creativity. Owner Carl also generously surprised us with a round, which gave the stay a personal touch. From the welcome when we arrived to the modern, cozy atmosphere and convenient location for Disneyland, the whole visit felt special. We’ll definitely be back.

The restaurant was a bright spot: dinner and drinks were great, and Baptiste was kind and attentive. Breakfast was lovely too. Our room was also lovely, with a comfortable bed and an amazing shower. The pool was nice, although there were no robes or slippers, which we would expect at UK hotels with spas. The problems started at check-in. The queue ran out the front door, leaving us with luggage in the rain and cold, beside people smoking. I’m disabled, so I had to sit inside with our 14-month-old while my husband waited. No staff explained the delay or apologized. When he finally reached the desk, the woman checking us in gave no apology either. She asked for ID and charged a €150 deposit we hadn’t known about, with a promise it would be refunded in a few days. She also tried to charge him again for something already paid. The day before we left, the hotel tried to charge the full room price again even though it had already been paid. We’d told the hotel this was our first family trip since getting married and having our son, and asked if they could do anything special. My husband arranged a lovely surprise in the room, but had to pay for it. In the UK, hotels have often offered a small free gesture for an anniversary, birthday, or special occasion, like a card, drinks token, or upgrade. Here there were no freebies, just unexpected charges. When my husband spoke to a manager before we left, the manager apologized, but the compensation didn’t feel adequate. We booked two nights after seeing the lovely photos and good reviews, but despite some good parts, the check-in and hidden charges mean I wouldn’t stay here again.
