La Canopee by Plaza

We spent one night there as a family of five, and won't be coming back. The beds were super uncomfortable and hard. We found mould and lots of damp in the room corners, along with some paper and objects of dubious origin. They'd left us only three towels, two of them stained and dirty. I'm attaching evidence of the stains and dirt. When we contacted the company directly, they just gave us the runaround and disconnected the phone so we couldn't reach them. Their only offer was to bring towels the next morning, but we were leaving much earlier than that. Don't waste your time and money on a place like this!!!!!!!

The door broke, and nobody came to help. They told us to find somewhere else to stay and said they'd refund us for the night and the inconvenience, but now they're ignoring us. They've scammed us out of money, and we're still fighting to get a refund. Stay away from 123home in France!

The place looks good from the outside, but getting the building entry code too late meant having to wait to get in. Communication needs to be much better. They've also charged me a hidden fee and won't explain it. Please refund the charge. Inside is okay, though small. There's no bedroom light apart from a lamp dangerously close to the bath, and the garden needs mowing. After a bath, watch your head on the kitchen light if you don't slip. It's an easy fix, just lift the light up.

The apartment was fine and very clean. The village is lovely, with restaurants, a bakery, a supermarket and a beautiful, very large park. It's a great place to stay for Disney: there's a bus stop right in front of the apartment, and the ride to the entrance takes 13 minutes.
