Quality Aparthotel Chessy Val d’Europe Hotel

We chose a family room on the 5th floor, and it had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and nicely furnished, with a guest toilet that’s handy when you’re not alone. The kitchenette was lovely and fully equipped, with good quality dishes, pans, saucepans, spoons, glasses, wine glasses, and everything else. It was impeccably clean. The restaurant was worth recommending for lunch or dinner. An adult gentleman served us very quickly and well. The food was delicious, with choices for children too. Prices were above average, but I think eating here is better than inside Disneyland. The Christmas tree decorations around the grounds were beautiful. The front desk answered every little question quickly and eagerly, and the hotel guard was always on time, preventing late arrivals to and from Disneyland. With the room category I chose and all the services, the hotel left a five-star impression. Breakfast was the letdown, so I deducted one point. It was poor and crowded. There was a line at the entrance because the manager was constantly looking for seats, and people with children had to wait. Food kept running out, leaving people waiting. They apparently need more waiters or stronger kitchen reserves for food preparation.

The hotel’s decor is modern and beautiful, and it was immaculately clean. Our junior room had two rooms, a kitchenette, and two bathrooms, which suited me and my three children perfectly. The rooms were changed daily and the amenities replenished. The location is very convenient for Disney. The train station for central Paris and the airport is a three-minute walk away, as is the shopping mall. There’s also a good food shop close by on foot, and Zeytin, with Turkish/Lebanese cuisine, was very good quality and clean. The spa facilities were a great extra. I’d recommend the hotel to friends and family visiting Paris or Disney, and would love to return.

We stayed in the two-level junior executive suite, a very good choice for a family, with a kitchenette and dressing room. The restaurant food was good, and the hotel staff were kind and helpful. The team was very professional about arranging on-request shuttles to Disney throughout the day. It’s a seven-minute walk to val d'europe mall and the outlet village. For a Disney visit, this was the perfect hotel. Compared with the other hotels we stayed in during this trip, this one was the winner for us. Highly recommended.

The shuttle to Disney, included with the stay, was the cherry on top. We also had easy access to shops for anything we needed, with food stores across the street and a huge supermarket a 10-minute walk away. We were here for a long-awaited Disney holiday. The room was great, very clean, and well appointed. The staff were exceptional, friendly and happy to chat with our excited children. Couldn’t have asked for better.
