The staff were amazing, warm, and attentive. The location was okay, with the shopping center and train station a short walk away. But reception closed between 7 and 7.30pm, so there was nobody to help if we needed anything later. Our room wasn’t great: the radiator was hanging off the wall, the kitchen was dated and not very nice, and the bathroom was okay but needed a deep clean. We could hear everything from the very loud people upstairs. Overall, the rooms need updating and repairs, and I don’t think we’d stay again.

The staff were friendly and helpful while reception was open, and the room was spacious with the basics we needed. The location is excellent, a short walk from Disneyland Paris and close to the metro station. But when I got back later in the evening, reception had already closed around 7 PM, and I’d been assigned a different room from the one I requested. That room was disappointing. The bathroom had a persistent bad smell and visible limestone stains in the sink, and the shower gel hadn’t been refilled. The bed linen appeared to have bed bugs, which triggered my allergies. My room was right behind a traffic light, so it was noisy all night, and there was no air conditioning. After a full day at Disneyland, I really needed a good night’s rest, but couldn’t get one here. For a little more money, there are better nearby places offering proper comfort and cleanliness.

The room was a little small, but lovely, and I had a very comfortable stay. Staff were really friendly, and shops, transport, and other places are less than a 10-minute walk away. I’ll be back.

The staff were lovely, but there were no staff on at night. I could hear every sound from the rooms around me, and the people upstairs partied late, so I couldn’t fall asleep. The walls and amenities were damaged and needed a good clean and a fresh coat of paint. The room photos weren’t accurate at all. Still, I only needed somewhere to sleep close to the park, so it wasn’t a bad choice for what you pay.
