Trying to charge us for a service we never received still makes me angry. We had paid for the room, but the day before our stay they messaged to say it was no longer available and told us to find somewhere else. They made no effort to refund us. The Booking.com helpdesk eventually helped resolve it, but this was the worst place ever. What a shame.

Back for my third visit to this magnificent place, and it was another five-star experience. The food, wines, and service were all great. Want a perfect egg cooked for two hours and served with truffles? Just ask.
