Five to Sete - Gare - Centre-ville

The location is convenient, close to the station and avenue Victor Hugo for food or a stroll. Our "Grenat" apartment was new, practical, and well laid out, with contemporary decor, an espresso machine, minibar, air conditioning, and electric blackout blinds. The bathroom was lovely, with a clean shower and quality terracotta tiles that made it feel warm. The shower gel and shampoo dispensers didn’t work very well. I’m not usually a fan of places with remote check-in, where you don’t meet anyone on arrival or departure and there’s no interaction or friendliness. Still, Christina handled our early arrival kindly and professionally by email and phone. The friendly young woman from housekeeping was also there when we arrived and helped us work out the coded entrance door, which takes a little getting used to.

Really nothing to complain about, thank you. The hotel looks magnificent, and the rooms are super clean, with remote-controlled air conditioning, a TV, Netflix, and more. The bathroom was clean too, with the toilet separate.

Great size for a family of four to six, but it faces the street. One bedroom has no window, and the other doesn’t have a proper blackout curtain.

The rooms are really hard to open, and the comfort is as basic as a Formula 1 hotel. For what you get, it’s far too expensive. A disappointing hotel.
