Hôtel Impérial

The family room worked well for four, with a decent amount of space and separation. We got a helpful late checkout, and breakfast was good value. Staff were friendly, rates were good, and the hotel is fairly close to some decent beaches and a few nice restaurants. There was little road noise, though the top floor may pick up music from the rooftop bar, which we enjoyed visiting. A good place for a short stay, and I'd come back.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet and comfortable, with working shutters and air-conditioning. The shower was good too. Breakfast was simple, but fair for €12.50 per person.

The room was clean, with water bottles in the fridge and electric shutters. The location was good, and the day staff were very pleasant. Street and traffic noise was noticeable, but the bigger issue came at 2:30am: our room was above reception and the bar, where a group was being loud. The receptionist joked around with them instead of sorting out the noise for guests trying to sleep. I went downstairs as they were leaving for their rooms. That situation cost the stay two stars for me.

For the price, this is a solid 3 star hotel. The location is good, the rooms are clean and nicely decorated, and the kitchen area gets plenty of sun. There's a kettle, and the showers and bathrooms are really nice.
