I had a wonderful stay in the loft. It's right in the heart of the city, on the quayside, and close to the bakery, supermarket, station, and public transport. Despite the central location, it's well insulated and quiet. The host greeted me with a smile, was incredibly kind, and shared lots of helpful tips about Sète. Everything was perfectly clean when I arrived, with towels provided and spotless sheets. I have no complaints, and highly recommend it for a peaceful stay.

The room was bright, clean, air-conditioned, and in a great spot in Sète. We got a very warm welcome, and the host was flexible and accommodating. Thanks again for the stay, we'll definitely be back!

I was really disappointed and wouldn't recommend this place. The large TV in the room wasn't plugged in, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the towels were only hand-towel size. The owners' belongings were kept in the room's furniture, there was no view, and the duvet cover hadn't been ironed. For the price, that felt outrageous. We paid the same amount for a four-star hotel this summer. They should clarify what they mean by “standard.” I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

A bright loft in a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and in an excellent location.

The room was dirty, and the reception staff were unfriendly.
