Bel Azur

The location is right across from the beach, and the bed was clean and fine. We only used the room to sleep, but it felt very overpriced for what you get. The rooms are mediocre at best: the doors don't open or close properly, there's too little space to sit on the toilet with the door shut, and the shower looks dirty and worn. The floor gets wet easily, it has a shower curtain, the soap dispenser doesn't work, and there's no kettle or coffee. The parking lots and immediate surroundings could be much better maintained. One receptionist from Hungary was very friendly, with regards to her. The other, probably French, was moody and unfriendly, with no good morning, good night, or service, and a very bad attitude. For the price, it felt like we were supposed to be grateful just to rent a motel-style room. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Spend your money somewhere else.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and really went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. The hotel is right in front of the beach, about a two-minute walk away. As far as I could tell, it's the closest hotel to the beach in Six Fours. It's a nice option if you want somewhere reasonably priced with a family-run feel.

There's free public parking in front of the hotel from 7pm to 8am, and a walk along the seafront takes you to Sanary sur Mer, a nice little town. In summer, there are often concerts and street shows. The hotel is by the sea, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Staff are friendly, though knowing a bit of French is recommended.

I’d give it one star. The staff had terrible manners and showed zero hospitality.
