We spent around 40 minutes searching for the apartment late at night because nobody came to meet us. Inside, there was a foul-smelling yellow bag filled with dirty towels and old, torn sheets. The pillows were dirty too, and the bedding was worn and ripped. There was a horrible smell throughout the apartment, especially from the drains. We weren't given any cleaning products, but were told we'd have to pay extra if we didn't clean, so we were expected to buy everything ourselves. When we complained, management said these conditions were “normal.” That is completely unacceptable. The place seems focused on taking guests' money without meeting even basic standards of cleanliness or comfort. I want this complaint reviewed and a refund for the stay. If that doesn't happen, I'll have to take it up with the booking platform and post a detailed negative review. Stay away!!!!!!

The staff were responsive when we raised problems, and the place has potential. The pool area is a good size, and the location is convenient, with the port and restaurants within walking distance and secure private parking. But the apartments seem to lack ongoing maintenance. We found blocked sinks, fridge doors that wouldn't close, and loose faucets. Our apartment was meant for six but had just one small bathroom with nowhere to hang towels, so it really didn't work for six people. The 70x190 beds felt small even for average-sized adults, and the mattresses had plastic covers. Some apartments have large terraces facing the sea, but there's no shade unless you order an umbrella. Check-in queues formed because the desk didn't open until 4 p.m. Sheets and towels had to be collected and returned at a central spot unless you paid 30 euros for delivery. The TV was about the size of a computer monitor, and Wi-Fi cost 25 euros for the week. It felt like la grange management cared more about profit margins than guests. For us, this was no more than a three-star stay, despite the potential.

The facilities were fine, and parking was free. There's a supermarket right around the corner, and the nearest naturist beach isn't too far away. A great place to stay.

Don't be fooled by the photos. It was dirty, the standard was miserable, and there wasn't even any soap. Stay away!!!!!
