Camping Mozziconaccio

The campsite is set on a hill, so expect some walking up and down. Our tent pitch was private and flat, but the ground was very hard and dusty. The staff were friendly and accommodating, though they do enforce the campsite rules. The sanitary facilities are excellent, new, and plentiful. There are lots of power outlets around the site, including by the bathrooms, pool, and restaurant/bar. Phone reception is very limited, but free Wi-Fi works well around the pool and restaurant. The pool is nice too, just be sure to wear a skin-tight swimsuit, as board shorts aren't allowed. We stayed five nights in a tent and had an excellent experience. We'd come back!

The one drawback is the main road beside the campsite, so you'll hear quite a bit of traffic during your stay. Even so, I'd highly recommend it. The layout is great, everything is well cared for, and the place is impressively tidy. The sanitary building may be the most luxurious I've seen at a campsite, and I've been to plenty. There's a lovely sea view too.

The pitches are small and close together, and the ground has quite a lot of dust. The beach is about 1.5 km away, with the nearest supermarket perhaps 10 km away. The bathrooms are basic but clean, and the Wi-Fi is available, though quite slow. There's also a nice pool and a bistro/café serving simple but good food and drinks. They accept credit cards, which is a thumbs up! The owners and staff were the nicest we met while camping in Corsica.

A lovely peaceful campsite for anyone who enjoys nature. It's private, surrounded by greenery, and has enough space for everyone. The pool and toilet and shower facilities are impeccably clean, and the family running the place are extremely kind, friendly, and helpful.
