Hello, The long waits between courses stood out. We spent three hours at your restaurant for three courses, and although groups may find the time passes more easily, a couple can experience it differently. The Valentine's Day meal itself was very good. The meat or fish options were excellent, the portions were generous enough for average eaters, and the staff were helpful and pleasant as usual. The atmosphere was warm and inviting.

We had a fantastic weekend at Restaurant des Vosges in Birkenwald. Dinner was full of flavor, breakfast was superb and generous, and the spa was lovely for relaxing. The welcoming, attentive staff provided impeccable service. The young owners of the hotel and restaurant deserve a special mention. They’re clearly masters of their craft. We highly recommend it!
