Avoid this place until you can confirm the refurbishment is finished. Dust gets everywhere, and hammering goes on nonstop from 8 am to 7 pm, even at weekends. The photos are misleading, and the soundproofing is poor, as other reviews have said.

I stayed one night while touring on my motorbike, and it was great value for money. The view from my room was fantastic, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The food was good too. All three ladies I spoke to were very kind. A few parts of the room could use paint and general maintenance, but it wasn't anything significant.

A handy place to stop on the way to Spain. The breakfast had a great range of tasty food, and the rooms were very comfortable. I would have liked a kettle in the room, but it's not a big deal. Thank you.

The walls are so poorly insulated that you can hear your neighbours' conversations word for word, and their TV sounds as if it's in your room. The price is too high for what's offered, and amenities cost extra on top. Not a good hotel for a stay. Avoid!

The room was dated and not very clean. Staff were impolite, calling us before checkout time to hurry us out.
