My hygiene concerns went unanswered, even after I raised them. The room was extremely dirty, and the staff were rude. The place felt more like a motel, with a very dated interior. The online photos gave a completely different impression.

It was easy to walk along the lakeside, and shops and bars were nearby. We also found a free parking space out front. The south-facing room had a balcony and a partial lake view, a large bed made of two pushed together, and a jet bath. Staff were nice, and the room was cool. The shower was missing a screen, so keeping water off the floor was awkward. There was a small fridge but no way to make tea. The front terrace was pleasant, though drinks were pricey: €5 for a small beer and €4 for tea. Given the location, the price was reasonable.

As a wheelchair user, I stayed in the accessible room, which had great facilities. Anna and the rest of the staff were thoughtful and kind, and nothing felt like a problem. It was the best time away I've had in years. I can't wait to come back.

It was so peaceful by the water, with walking trails all around. The city center is close too. The location was good, the rooms were nice, and the employees were wonderful. Great hospitality!
