We slept really well before getting back on the long drive, and the breakfast was delicious, made with local products. The house and garden are lovely, and the host was attentive and so friendly. Even the bedding was comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find an electric car charger, too. A lovely one-night stop on the way to Paris. Thank you ❤️

We were in a pinch and needed somewhere to stay, so finding Domaine La Fontaine was a relief. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. Mark was kind and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed, and he made us a delicious breakfast in the morning. The quiet village and beautiful yard just outside were perfect for our two dogs. Highly recommend!

The hosts made our little family feel right at home. Such a gem, with beautiful rooms and gardens, and excellent hosts. It’s also super convenient when traveling along the A10.

We came back to Domaine La Fontaine for a second year, and Ilse & Mark were again exceptionally friendly and helpful. There are plenty of spots to read a book, plus hammocks, darts, and table tennis. The pool is nice, too. Absolutely recommended.

The garden was just right for relaxing in the sunshine with a few beers, and the pool was perfect. The owners were fantastic, very welcoming and down to earth. It’s about 20 minutes from the main motorway and an hour from Bordeaux. Phenomenal hotel, and I’d highly recommend it for anything from an overnight stop to a week-long stay.
