La Bastide du Clos d'Ezort

The place is wonderfully peaceful, just right for a relaxing holiday, and we wished we could have stayed longer. Romy and Jürg are lovely hosts who made our week unforgettable. Breakfast was incredibly generous, with fruit juices, homemade jams, local honey, and cheese. It was a beautiful way to start each day. Thank you so much for a wonderful week!

We spent one night in the lovely blue room, decorated with care and furnished with quality bedding. We had a wonderful weekend in great company and were treated like royalty, from the lovely aperitif to the generous breakfast. Romy and Juerg are very friendly hosts, and the guesthouse is beautiful, just a few minutes from Sommières. There are three clean, lovely bedrooms with comfortable beds, and guests can use the swimming pool and spa. The spa costs an extra €5. Remember to bring cash, as they don't accept credit cards. I highly recommend this place! 👍

The jacuzzi is well worth trying. Thirty minutes of calm in the garrigue, and it’s beautiful. We’re already thinking about coming back soon. We’re new to staying in guesthouses, but Romy and Juerg made us feel very welcome. The welcome cocktail was a nice chance to get to know them, and they took time to explain things and share their story and anecdotes. I think we became part of those stories too 🙄, starting on night one when we spilled sauce on the stone slabs 😰. Sorry again 🙏!! We stayed in the blue room. It was pretty, clean, and simply and elegantly designed, just right for a couple spending a few days there. The hosts were attentive, and the place itself was beautiful and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was generous and complete, made with local products and presented beautifully. Special mention for the muesli 🤤. It felt like they knew exactly what we liked 😳, and we really enjoyed it 😋!
