The outdoor area was a real bonus, and with the beach and shops just a few steps away, we could all get around without using the car. We were ten as a family, but there was plenty of room and everyone could enjoy the stay their own way. The villa is spacious, practical, and has everything you might need. François, the owner, was helpful and flexible. A great setup for a family holiday.

We left the car parked and walked to the beach and town center. It’s a dog-friendly place in Merlimont, with an easy check-in and a kind, helpful owner. The apartment has been completely renovated and feels very comfortable for eight people. The big living room gets a nice amount of sun without getting too hot, and the private garden is shaded, lovely for a barbecue or for the kids to play safely. Just right for a seaside break. I’d recommend it, though part of me wants to keep it to myself 😏.

We could leave the car behind and walk everywhere, then relax outside in the quiet garden with a drink or lunch. The apartment was clean and recently renovated, with roomy bedrooms and a great bathroom. Everything we needed was there, and it worked really well for a family stay. Thanks to the owner for being so friendly, available, and helpful.

The owner was easy to communicate with, and the beach is very close. The apartment was clean and practical, and worked perfectly for our group of four adults and a one-year-old. We had a very good stay and would happily recommend it.
