Sturzelbronn is a lovely, quiet village, with hiking, cycling, swimming and castles to explore nearby. We spent two weeks in the cottage and had a perfect, carefree stay. It’s roomy and very well equipped, and the classic interior fits the peaceful countryside feel. When the weather cooperates, the jacuzzi, pool and big lawn make it easy to spend most of the day outdoors. There’s also an electric car charger 50 meters from the house, a real help since nearby alternatives are scarce. Our hosts were warm, attentive and caring, and speaking French, German and English made everything easy. A great choice for a relaxing stay in the area.

The hosts were very friendly and always around if we needed help. The surrounding area is spectacular for hiking, trail running, road cycling, or just a walk. The place is a bit rustic, but it’s just right if you want somewhere quiet to stay.

The landlord was very nice. The house is lovely too, in a small, quiet village.

The cottage feels so comfortable, you settle in like you’re at home. It’s decorated with great taste, and the setting is beautiful, peaceful and ideal for switching off. The hosts are lovely, welcoming and always available, and you can tell they really want guests to have an unforgettable stay. Perfect for a weekend as a couple, with family or with friends. Everything was perfect from start to finish 🤩. Thanks so much for this little escape from time ❤️. I’ll definitely come back as soon as I can 😍
