The room was nicely furnished in a quirky way, though some of the fittings are getting tired. The location is great, there's plenty of parking, and the chateau is beautiful.

The staff were super helpful, and the location was good. But the room felt very dated, the flushing noise was bizarrely loud, and it was freezing cold in December because of poor insulation.

We got a very warm welcome, and the receptionist was flexible about our arrival time. On the day we left, they also let us store our bicycles while we visited the castle. The room was simple, comfortable and very clean, with good value for money. It worked perfectly for a couple with two children, and the bikes had a secure garage.
