We had lunch there one day and it was honestly just right. The people were so friendly. If you're going through Talizat, it's worth stopping in. I'd definitely recommend it.

Parking right outside made things easy, and the price for what you get is hard to beat. The inn is in the middle of the village, with a bakery, grocery store and other shops close by, and the village sits beside a beautiful wetland. The place also works as a restaurant, bar and tobacconist/newsagent. Inside, the rooms were exceptionally clean, simply but tastefully decorated, with firm, good-quality beds and plenty of pleasant bath linens. The manager was attentive and accommodating, and the welcome felt warm and genuine. A remarkable place to keep in mind when visiting the Cantal region.

The breakfast was excellent, and the bed was really comfortable. We got a warm welcome at this beautiful mountain hotel. We'd highly recommend staying here.

I drop in for a meal now and then while out on my bike, and it's always a pleasant restaurant to stop at. The welcome is very warm, the home-style food is excellent, and everything is impeccably clean. The value for money is unbeatable. Thanks again!
