We stayed six nights as a family of five with our dogs, and loved the peaceful surroundings, the hikes, and swimming in the river. Dinner was delicious, the welcome was warm, and the rooms were charming. Plan ahead, though: there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance, and the nearest charging station is in Brioude.

The host made us feel very welcome and was a pleasure to meet. It's a quiet, tucked-away place, and the room was clean.

The garden and tranquil setting made our night at Anna's Garden especially lovely. We were greeted so warmly, and the house itself is splendid. The bedding was excellent, and breakfast came in generous portions. One to remember.

We were seven hikers on the GR "Robe de Bure et Cotte de maille" and had a great stop here. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed breakfast just as much. Our rooms were pleasant and quiet. The host is kind, welcoming, and discreet, and the house really does make you feel at home.
