This listed historic mansion has plenty of stories to discover, and a small tower leads up to the rooftops for views across the town and castle, only a two-minute walk away. It’s a beautiful place in the heart of Tarascon, blending bohemian style and comfort, with lovely rooms that keep their old-world charm. The welcome was delightful and the food divine: we enjoyed zucchini blossom fritters, heirloom tomato salad and more. It’s a truly Provençal stay, full of history and good food. Arles, Saint-Rémy, Avignon and other destinations are all nearby. The very large swimming pool in Maussane is a 15-minute drive away. I highly recommend it!
