The center is only about a five-minute walk away, and there are some bars and a grocery store nearby. You can use the private parking, or park for free in the large area across from the hotel. It's an okay place if you keep your expectations modest, though it isn't anything special.

I stayed three nights on a work trip. The beds were decent and the shower was good, though the room could get a little warm at times. Breakfast was okay, and there are several good restaurants nearby. Downtown is about a 10-minute walk, and parking was good. Reception is open 24 hours.

There are bars down the street and a sister hotel attached, so the area may suit people looking for nightlife. The hotel itself has a clean, modern feel, simple and to the point, and was spotless. Staff were very nice, breakfast was good, and the price seemed reasonable, along the lines of an IBIS but better in my view. It's a 15-minute walk to the town center, with a secure, free car park. Handy if you're driving to Lourdes, which is half an hour away.

The WiFi didn't work at all for the full 24 hours I was there, and breakfast wasn't worth what it cost. I also had a hard time getting help. Nobody could speak English, and when I asked for assistance they just shrugged.

14 October 2022: For the second day in a row, the room wasn't cleaned. They made the bed, but left the table and cup dirty, and there was no coffee or shower soap. The reception staff are kind, but housekeeping aren't doing the job they're supposed to.
