La Côte Bleue

The grounds are badly overgrown, and the pool has had green moss in it for years without being cleaned. Inside, the apartments are filthy, with cheap-looking decor that doesn't justify the very high price. The site manager also comes into your apartment when you're out. A disgrace. Avoid at all costs.

We loved the view from the apartment, it was a real highlight. The hillside setting is surrounded by nature, with the sea just a short walk away. Everything matched the website description and photos, and the staff were both friendly and helpful.

The sea view is lovely, and there’s a pool, jacuzzi, and private parking space. But ants all over the terrace made it hard to enjoy, and we even found a small lizard inside the room. There’s no roller shutter, so daylight woke us at 7 am. The electrical outlets weren’t properly secured. Not acceptable for a 5-star hotel.

We felt at home here, thanks in part to the friendly staff. Sabrina, the newly promoted manager, is especially kind and professional. The residence is peaceful, spotless, and has wonderful sea views. Since it’s small, the pool is rarely crowded. Breakfast is optional, tasty, and inexpensive, and the beds are very comfortable. This is in our top 5 places on the Isle of Beauty. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you!
