The room is fairly spacious, the breakfast is nice, and the coffee is good. Still, I can't understand how this place has 4 stars. The air conditioning doesn't work at all: it's set to 20, while the room is at 27, and all my colleagues say theirs isn't working either. The bed squeaks with any movement, and the iron I asked for was burned. The hotel restaurant is tasteless, and there aren't any nice places nearby. At best, stay one night, arrive late, and leave early the next day. A terrible place to stay.

The room was spotless and really comfortable, and the hotel was great with our pet. Franklin at reception gave us a warm welcome, helped get our pet checked in smoothly, and was exceptionally kind. He made sure everything went perfectly.

Alexis at reception gave me a perfect, professional welcome and was very friendly and helpful. I was upgraded to a spacious executive room with nice amenities. It's also a handy stopover near the highway, with free parking spaces.

Franklin was especially helpful with my disability. He changed our room and made sure we were well looked after. The service from the staff was exceptional, and the rooms were good. It was a bit difficult to find, though it's located off the main road.

We chose the free rooftop parking rather than the paid underground option, and there was elevator access from the rooftop to the hotel. The staff were very friendly, and the French breakfast was delicious. Our room was okay, but the carpet in it was very dirty. We were only stopping for one night on the way to Spain. The hotel is on a very busy road, and getting to the center for a meal takes about a 20-minute walk. We recommend M burger in the center, very tasty!
