The garden is really nice, especially for a barbecue. The location is good and practical, and it works very well for groups.

The listing promised an apartment with a balcony and two bedrooms arranged with one double bed in the first and a single and double bed in the second. What we got was one bedroom with two single beds and a double, and no balcony. The games room was inaccessible, guests couldn't use the laundry facilities, and the television didn't work. There were constant power cuts, apparently linked to very outdated wiring and a water leak in the ceiling light. Service was disappointing, and staff couldn't be reached when problems came up. The listing was misleading. Avoid.

Wi-Fi and parking were both excellent, and the price was very affordable, but I still wouldn't come back. The bed was made when we arrived, though the old-fashioned furniture smelled of cats and damp, and there was hair everywhere. The living room table wasn't very clean either. The little oven only worked halfway. The macerating toilet was extremely noisy and gave little privacy, something the listing hadn't mentioned. We could hear the other guests.

The apartment feels cold and gloomy, and the playroom is like something from Amityville. It needs renovating to bring it into the 21st century. If the money isn't there, then the whole building should be demolished. Either way, please stop renting it out.
