When I arrived for Sunday lunch, the place was shut. The windows still said it would be open then, and I couldn't find any notice on the door, in the window, or on the website.

We were able to get involved in preparing the food with the chef, who often runs cooking classes, which made our business meeting at La Meunerie a nice experience. The dishes were refined and the service pleasant. The setting is lovely, and even though it's close to a main road, it stays quiet apart from somewhat heavier traffic at rush hour. I didn't see the rooms, but based on the restaurant I imagine they're just as well equipped and comfortable. Worth a look if you're nearby. 😉👍

The Champagne cocktail had a candy on the glass, a small detail and nothing important. Everything else made for a really enjoyable experience: a lovely setting, a very warm welcome, and refined food made with high-quality ingredients. A must-try. We'll definitely be back.

Our room was quiet, very spacious, and had its own terrace. The bathroom felt beautifully finished, like something in a high-end place. The decor throughout is exquisite, and the comfort was absolute. We also appreciated the warm welcome and the owner's invaluable advice, and the location fit our itinerary perfectly. They serve meals here too. We highly recommend this hotel.
