The bed was very comfortable, though perhaps a little short and narrow. The room was modern and practical, with a decent bathroom, but the air conditioning ran without really cooling the room much. There's a parking garage underneath and the hotel is right beside the centre. Reception offers a complimentary bottle of water. Breakfast costs extra and has a wide range of morning options. There’s also a rooftop area with a small wellness space and good views over the area.

I've been staying here for the past four years, and it's always been great. The service and cleaning are consistently good. Mr Kleber, the excellent night manager, has gone above and beyond to help us and share information about the city and nearby attractions. Thanks to the whole team at Best western for your efforts!

Our stay was very short, but the service from the staff was fast and good, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet, easy-to-reach location, and the room was clean. The only thing I noticed was that there was no mini-fridge to keep water cold.

There’s accessible parking right by the hotel entrance. It would help if guests were sent directions to the lot ahead of time, since visitors unfamiliar with town may struggle to find it. They should also be told that the lot gets locked at night and that reception has a code to let them reach their car after hours.

Breakfast was good, if a bit expensive, but the hotel was only nearly worth it for me. It sits on the edge of the centre in an area that felt dubious, with homeless men hanging around outside. There was no secure parking except for an expensive shopping centre garage, and just one lift for a medium-sized hotel. My first time in central Thionville will probably be my last. I wish I’d stayed on the motorway at a premiere classe and saved the money.
